Selection Process BPSC Drug Inspector Recruitment 2022
Selection Process: – On the basis of written test and interview. According to the Resolution Memorandum No. 2374 dated 16.07.2007 and letter no. 6706 dated 01.10.2008 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Bihar, 40% for the general category candidates, 36.5% for the most backward category candidates in the written examination. It will be mandatory for SC/ST candidates to obtain minimum qualifying marks of 34% and SC/ST, women and disabled (Divyang) candidates to obtain 32%.
The written examination will consist of four papers consisting of objective type and multiple choice questions.
There will be two units of 50 marks each and the duration of each paper will be of two hours.

The Bihar Public Service Commission came into existence from 1st April 1949 after its separation from the Commission for the States of Orissa and Madhya Pradesh, in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 261 of the Government of India Act, 1935, as adapted. Its constitutional status was pronounced with the promulgation of Constitution of India on 26th January, 1950. It is a Constitutional Body under Article 315 of the Constitution of India.
